Paper quilling, also known as paper filigree, is a beautiful art form that transforms simple strips of paper into intricate designs through rolling, shaping, and gluing.
This versatile technique can be used to create everything from greeting cards and jewelry to decorative boxes and three-dimensional models.
In this class, instructor Cindy Orzel will introduce you to the basics of quilling. You’ll learn how to roll and shape colorful strips of paper into a unique design that you can mount on a 6" magnetic canvas—perfect for displaying on a refrigerator, locker, or any metal surface. If you’d like, you can add a watercolor or acrylic-painted background to make your piece truly your own.

Open to all ages but does require some finger dexterity and close-up work.

All supplies provided, plus take the quilling kit home! Includes 10 quilling tools and paper strips.
