Get a head start on the holiday season by creating a beautiful pair of handmade ceramic trees with instructor Mary Mertes!
Whether you're decorating your own home or making heartfelt gifts for loved ones, these timeless pieces are sure to become holiday favorites.
During Part One on Thursday, October 15, you'll hand-build two ceramic trees using a clay cone base and individually shaped teardrop "branches." You'll create one tree approximately 11 inches tall and a second approximately 8 inches tall. Design them to match your own style—full and textured, tall and slender, or somewhere in between.
After class, Olio will bisque-fire your trees in our kiln. Then, return for Part Two during a Creative Clay Studio to glaze your trees in the colors of your choice.

Saturdays | 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Once your trees have been glaze-fired, Olio will contact you when they're ready for pickup. These charming handmade trees make beautiful holiday décor you'll enjoy displaying year after year or thoughtful, one-of-a-kind gifts for family and friends.
