**Cost includes 16+ hours of instruction, open studio time, window, and all materials to complete project. If student chooses an extra large window, additional cost may be applied to cover the cost of additional glass during the first class.**

Create a mosaic window by using colored glass, a glass cutter, and grout. Bonnie Dhein will introduce you to the many various types of glass and teach you how to cut and shape glass into tesserae (the basic mosaic unit). You will gain a strong foundation for constructing interior mosaics including safety, terminology, design, layout, cutting, proper adhesives, substrates, grouting, finishing, and more. Complete your window for interior display.
*Open Studio Time: Depending on the intricacy or detail of your design, you may work during Open Studio dates to complete your project. Additional dates will be added as the class progresses.

Students must wear closed-toed shoes. No open drinks or food allowed in the work area during the class.

All supplies provided. Students are encouraged to bring in mementos to incorporate into their design. Bonnie has used teapots, cups, figurines, or even jewelry or metal objects!
