The Celebrate Red Juried Online Exhibition is an evolution of Olio’s long-standing partnership with the Cranberry Blossom Festival poster tradition. In the past, this opportunity was tied to a physical, in-person exhibit, where artists submitted work to be displayed in the gallery and a selected piece was chosen to represent the festival. These exhibits helped build a strong visual identity for the festival while showcasing regional artistic talent.
Moving forward, the Exhibit Committee has transitioned this program into a fully online juried exhibition. This shift allows for broader participation, a more streamlined submission process, and ensures that Olio can secure high-quality artwork each year for the official festival poster while continuing to support artists beyond geographic limitations.
Artists are invited to explore the theme of “Celebrate Red”, encouraging a wide range of interpretations—from cranberries and nature to emotion, symbolism, and abstraction. Selected works will be featured in an online exhibition, continuing Olio’s commitment to accessible and engaging arts programming.
